No, you do not need to be home. Simply leave your dirty laundry in a safe, designated spot outside (such as your front porch, doorstep, or with a doorman), and our driver will handle the rest.
For your initial pickup, put your dirty clothes in any sturdy disposable bag, such as cinch-top trash bags. When we return your clean laundry, we will deliver it in a custom, reusable laundry bag to use for your future orders.
Our driver will send automated text notifications directly to your phone when they are en route, as soon as your dirty laundry has been successfully collected, and right when your fresh garments are safely delivered to your doorstep.
Oversized items—such as heavy comforters, blankets, and pillows—are billed at flat rates per item rather than by weight. You can add these directly to your pay-as-you-go order or subscription pickup, provided minimum order standards are met.
